Does my customer have to attend a timeshare sales presentation to receive the vacation offers?
A timeshare presentation is not required with the vacation certificates. With some of the vacations it may be offered as an opportunity to upgrade the vacation.
What does the vacation voucher include?
The vacation voucher covers accommodations for 3 days and 2 nights for two adults and two children at one of our high-quality partner destinations. In addition, there is an 8 Day, 7 Night Resort Vacation and a 3, 4, or 5 day Cruise you can choose from as well.
Are there any hidden fees or costs associated with the voucher?
No, there are no hidden fees associated with the voucher. However, transportation to the destination, meals, and any optional upgrades are not included and will be the responsibility of the traveler. Any incidental expenses during the stay, such as room service or additional activities, are also not covered by the voucher. Please reference the terms and conditions on the voucher.
How do I redeem my vacation voucher?
To redeem your vacation voucher, simply follow the instructions provided on the voucher itself. Once your request is submitted, a representative will confirm your booking and send you the necessary travel details and information to select your destination and dates.
What is the quality of the accommodations provided?
We partner with well-established, reputable hotels and resorts to ensure that all accommodations meet high-quality standards. You can expect clean, comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Our priority is to offer destinations that provide an exceptional guest experience.
What destinations are available with the vacation voucher?
Our vacation vouchers offer a wide variety of high-quality destinations, ranging from beach resorts to mountain retreats. Specific locations may vary based on availability but rest assured that all destinations are carefully selected to provide a memorable travel experience. A current list of available destinations will be provided at the time of booking and are available to view on our website.
How far in advance do I need to book my trip?
We recommend booking your trip at least 60 days in advance to ensure availability at your preferred destination. While last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability and for a fee. Early reservations provide the best chance of securing your desired dates and location.
Can I choose my travel dates and are there any blackout periods?
Yes, you can choose your preferred travel dates, subject to availability. While there are no blackout dates for most destinations, some locations may have limited availability during peak travel seasons or holidays and may charge a small fee to book during a peak season. We encourage booking well in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Can I transfer the vacation voucher to someone else?
Yes, our vouchers are fully transferable. If you would like to gift or transfer the voucher to someone else, simply give them the voucher before you redeem it. If it's after redemption, please contact us.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though rescheduling options may depend on the availability at the destination and the timing of the request. Cancellations made within a certain window may be subject to a rebooking fee, depending on the destination’s policies.
